About FTRGames and these Terms

FTRGames is an independent digital shopping recommendation, price-comparison, affiliate-promotion and purchase-optimization platform available at ftrgames.com. FTRGames does not directly sell the games, gift cards, subscriptions, virtual items, Booster Packs or other third-party products displayed on the website unless a page expressly states otherwise.

By using FTRGames, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its optional account features.

Eligibility and age-specific content

BroPacks pages and BroPacks-related promotional content on FTRGames are intended only for users aged 18 or over. Before normal interaction with those pages, FTRGames displays an 18+ age-confirmation gate. Selecting “I am over 18” records a local browser flag so the prompt does not need to be shown repeatedly. Selecting “I am under 18” redirects the visitor away from the BroPacks page.

This gate is a self-declaration, not identity or age verification. It does not override Eneba’s own minimum-age, account, location, eligibility or restriction controls. Users must independently satisfy the third party’s rules.

You may use FTRGames only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

If you are a minor, you should use purchase-related information, third-party marketplaces and account features only with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a third-party product, service, gift card, subscription or digital code is permitted in your country and for your account.

What BroPacks are and FTRGames’ limited role

BroPacks are an Eneba feature in which users use promotional Coins to reveal a themed pack and receive one qualifying digital item from a disclosed item pool. FTRGames may display a BroPack’s possible rewards, rarity/drop information, region, platform, estimated values, recycling information and links to Eneba for convenience.

FTRGames does not create, operate, host, administer or determine the outcome of a BroPack. FTRGames does not control the Server Seed or Client Seed, reward algorithm, item pool, drop chances, account eligibility, Coins balance, claiming, recycling, redemption, product delivery or Eneba customer support.

FTRGames may reproduce or manually enter BroPacks information obtained from Eneba. Such information can change. The information shown by Eneba at the moment you use its service takes priority for the third-party transaction or feature.

BroPacks rules, legality and jurisdiction

BroPacks use randomized mystery/loot-box-style mechanics. FTRGames provides factual information about the mechanic but does not make a legal classification or guarantee that the feature is lawful, available or suitable in every country. Laws and regulatory treatment of randomized digital-content mechanics can vary by jurisdiction and may change.

Before obtaining a Booster Pack, revealing a BroPack, claiming or recycling a reward, or participating in any related promotion, campaign or event, you must review Eneba’s current rules, eligibility conditions, product notices and applicable local law. If Eneba restricts or disables BroPacks in your country/account, FTRGames does not authorize you to bypass that restriction.

BroCoins and Booster Packs

Eneba describes BroPacks Coins as complimentary promotional tokens used for BroPacks. According to Eneba, Coins have no monetary or cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred between users/accounts.

Products marketed by Eneba as BroPacks Booster Packs may be purchasable digital products that include an Eneba Wallet top-up together with a complimentary BroCoins bonus. A price displayed beside a Booster Pack on FTRGames is therefore the displayed price of the third-party Booster Pack offer, not a representation that BroCoins themselves are money, cash, an investment, or a separately redeemable currency.

Booster Pack composition, Wallet value, promotional Coins, validity period, region/currency requirements and redemption instructions are controlled by Eneba and may change. Verify the current Eneba product page before purchase.

Affiliate relationships and sponsored links

FTRGames participates in affiliate relationships, including with Eneba. Some “Buy now”, product, Booster Pack, gift-card or other outbound links may contain referral, campaign or affiliate parameters and may be marked as sponsored.

If you follow an eligible affiliate link and complete a qualifying transaction, FTRGames may receive a commission or other affiliate compensation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, using an affiliate link does not create an additional charge imposed by FTRGames on your purchase.

Affiliate compensation does not make FTRGames the seller, payment processor, marketplace operator, BroPacks operator, product issuer or supplier. It also does not transfer a third party’s contractual obligations to FTRGames.

FTRGames participates in affiliate relationships, including with Eneba. If you follow an eligible affiliate link and complete a qualifying transaction, FTRGames may receive a commission or other affiliate compensation.

Affiliate compensation does not make FTRGames the seller, marketplace, payment processor or supplier of the purchased product.

Third-party purchases, contracts and support

When a purchase or participation link takes you away from ftrgames.com, any resulting transaction or use of the third-party feature occurs on the external service. Depending on the third-party model, the relevant marketplace, seller, platform, payment provider or other trader is responsible under its own terms for matters such as:

• account creation, eligibility and age checks;
• accepting and processing payment;
• confirming the final price, taxes, service fees and currency;
• product availability, stock and seller identity;
• delivery, redemption, activation and regional compatibility;
• BroCoins crediting, pack reveals, reward claiming and recycling where applicable;
• refunds, returns, cancellations, complaints and customer support;
• campaign, event, promotion and marketplace rules.

FTRGames is not a party to that external contract merely because the external service was reached through FTRGames. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

When you follow a purchase link from FTRGames, the actual transaction is completed on the relevant third-party website or service.

The third-party seller or platform is responsible for matters such as:

• confirming the final purchase price and applicable fees;
• delivering a digital code, subscription, game or other product;
• determining product availability and seller stock;
• handling cancellations, refunds, replacements and complaints relating to the purchase;
• applying its own consumer, warranty, redemption and eligibility rules.

Any statutory consumer rights you may have against the relevant trader remain unaffected by these Terms.

Prices, FTRGamesPrice, RCV, odds and other displayed information

Prices, FTRGamesPrice, RCV (Real Coins Value), savings, Wallet values, product values, drop chances, rarity percentages, recycle values and other numerical information on FTRGames are informational calculations or reproductions based on data available at a particular time. They are not a binding offer by FTRGames.

• third-party prices and fees may change after FTRGames last checked them;
• currency conversion, taxes, service fees and payment-method costs may affect the final checkout amount;
• BroPack pools, probabilities, reward availability and recycle values may be updated by Eneba;
• RCV is an informational FTRGames metric and is not cash value, guaranteed resale value or a promise that a reward can be converted to money;
• the third-party page shown immediately before purchase, reveal, claim or recycle should be treated as the current operational source.

FTRGames aims to keep prices, savings calculations and recommendations reasonably current, but the prices displayed on the website are based on price extractions and data checks performed at specific points in time. These extractions are generally performed around the weekend, although the exact extraction time may vary.

Because third-party marketplace prices, seller availability, exchange rates, promotions, gift-card inventory and platform pricing can change rapidly, the price available when you open a purchase link may differ from the price previously extracted and displayed on FTRGames.

Price extraction, matching or calculation errors may also occur. This means that, in some cases, a displayed recommendation, saving, purchase route or final estimated product price may be inaccurate.
