Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to information processed by FTRGames in connection with:

website visits and navigation;
country, currency and platform preferences;
product pages, search, filters, favorites, cart and recommendation tools;
BroPacks information pages and outbound links to Eneba;
optional FTRGames accounts and saved preferences;
support, contact and product-suggestion requests;
security, fraud prevention and technical logs;

This Policy does not govern data processing carried out independently by Eneba, PlayStation, Xbox, EA, payment providers, marketplace sellers or other third parties after you access their services.

It does not govern the independent processing carried out by third-party retailers, marketplaces, publishers, payment providers or platform owners after you leave FTRGames. Their own privacy policies and terms apply to their services.

BroPacks, age confirmation and external services

FTRGames displays explanatory information about Eneba BroPacks, possible rewards, rarity or drop information, estimated values and links to Eneba. FTRGames does not operate the BroPacks system and does not determine a BroPack outcome, Server Seed, Client Seed, reward pool, eligibility, recycle value, account status or delivery.

BroPacks pages are intended for adults aged 18 or over. FTRGames uses a local browser-storage flag to remember that a visitor has confirmed that they are 18 or older. This is an age self-declaration, not identity verification and not consent to analytics, marketing or these Terms. Analytics consent is requested separately.

The age-confirmation value is stored locally in the browser under ftr_bropacks_age_18 and currently remains until the user clears the relevant site data or the site changes that implementation.

When you follow an Eneba link, including an affiliate or sponsored link, you leave FTRGames. Eneba and any seller or payment provider involved then process information under their own notices, cookies, terms, eligibility criteria and applicable law. Users should check Eneba’s current rules before obtaining a Booster Pack, revealing a BroPack, claiming or recycling a reward, or participating in any related campaign or event.

Information FTRGames may process

browser, device type, operating system, user agent and technical request data;
server, authentication, security, rate-limiting and anti-abuse logs;
timestamps, page or endpoint requested and diagnostic information.

Preferences and website state

selected country/region, currency and platform;
cart contents saved in the browser, including product identifiers, quantities and displayed prices;
favorites and saved settings where used;
the cookie-consent choice and the BroPacks age-confirmation flag.

Optional account and contact information

email address, username/account identifier, display name, profile information and account preferences when an account is created;
information you voluntarily provide through support, contact or suggestion forms.

Optional analytics and click-tracking information

If you choose to enable analytics, FTRGames may create pseudonymous browser and session identifiers and process interaction information such as:

page views, page path, landing page and exit page;
session start, duration, pages per session and returning-browser status;
referrer and acquisition source, including UTM campaign parameters where present;
country/region, platform, device class, browser and operating system;
product impressions, product views, clicks, searches, result clicks, filter use and no-result events;
cart views, additions/removals and a limited cart snapshot such as item code/name, quantity, displayed price, item count and estimated cart value;
purchase-plan generation, plan-result and plan-selection interactions;
outbound or affiliate-link clicks, the link used, relevant product context and source page;
repeat-click and duplicate-click indicators used to detect abnormal or automated interaction patterns.

FTRGames refers to these identifiers as pseudonymous, not fully anonymous. They are not intended to directly identify you by name, but online identifiers and usage data can still fall within data-protection law.

Depending on how you use FTRGames, the information processed may include:

technical information that may be processed automatically by FTRGames or its hosting, security and website infrastructure, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and security or server-log information;
website usage information such as pages visited, navigation events, searches, clicks and referral information;
country or region, currency and platform preferences selected while using FTRGames;

FTRGames does not require payment-card information to use its recommendation tools and does not receive or process your card details when you complete a purchase on a third-party marketplace.

Where FTRGames itself uses an IP address or an IP-derived identifier for basic anti-abuse, rate-limiting or security purposes, that processing is intended to be short-lived and is not used to create a persistent profile of the visitor. Such temporary identifiers may expire quickly. Separate hosting, security or server logs may follow the retention periods of the relevant infrastructure provider.

Creating an FTRGames account is optional. You can browse the website and use its main recommendation features without registering.

If you create an account, FTRGames may use account information to provide features such as favorites, saved preferences, personalization, account settings and other account-based functionality made available over time.

Legal bases for processing

WordPress, authentication, security or infrastructure components may use additional strictly necessary cookies. Third-party websites reached from FTRGames set their own cookies under their own policies.

FTRGames uses cookies and similar technologies for essential website functionality, authentication, security, preferences and, where enabled, analytics or measurement.

Functional preferences may include a first-party region cookie such as ftr_region to remember the selected country or region and a platform preference such as ftr_platform to remember the selected gaming platform. These preferences help keep regional pricing, currency and platform context consistent while you navigate the site.

WordPress or account functionality may also use session, authentication or security cookies when you log in or use account features.

Non-essential cookies or similar technologies that legally require consent should only be activated after the relevant consent has been provided. Where available, users can manage their preferences through the site’s cookie settings and can also delete cookies through their browser.

Similar technologies may include local storage, session storage or comparable browser-side storage used for functional preferences, cart state, interface settings or other website features. Analytics consent, click tracking and anomaly detection

FTRGames provides a cookie/analytics choice with options to accept analytics, keep analytics off and open settings. The FTRGames custom analytics endpoint and custom click-tracking endpoint are designed to reject optional events when the analytics-consent cookie is not set to accepted.

If consent is accepted, FTRGames may measure the interactions described above. The current click-analysis logic may flag very fast duplicate clicks and repeated clicks within a short time window as anomalies so that suspicious activity can be investigated or excluded from aggregate statistics.

You can change your choice through the Cookie Settings control. Withdrawing consent stops future optional FTRGames analytics and removes the local pseudonymous analytics visitor cookie and session analytics state. Withdrawal does not, by itself, retroactively erase event records that were lawfully collected before withdrawal; applicable data-protection rights remain available as described below.

FTRGames may also use server/security logs and strictly necessary anti-abuse measures without analytics consent where they are genuinely necessary for security and operation. These purposes must not be used as a substitute for optional marketing or analytics tracking.

FTRGames may use analytics services, including services such as Google Analytics where enabled, to understand how visitors use the website, identify technical issues and improve content, performance and navigation.

Analytics data may include information such as pages viewed, session or interaction information, approximate location derived from technical information, browser or device information and similar usage metrics.

Where consent is required for non-essential analytics technologies, FTRGames intends to load those technologies only after consent. Users should be able to withdraw or change their consent through the available cookie-preference controls.

Affiliate links and referral attribution

FTRGames participates in affiliate relationships, including with Eneba. Some outbound links contain referral, campaign or affiliate parameters and may be marked as sponsored. If you follow an eligible affiliate link and later complete a qualifying transaction, FTRGames may receive a commission or other affiliate compensation.

FTRGames may, only where permitted by your consent choice, record that an outbound link was clicked and associate that interaction with pseudonymous session/browser context for internal performance measurement. FTRGames does not receive your payment-card details from Eneba or other third-party checkout transactions merely because you used an affiliate link.

The third party may use its own referral-attribution technology after you leave FTRGames. For example, an affiliate provider may set its own attribution cookies or otherwise process campaign information under its own privacy and cookie rules.

FTRGames contains links to external marketplaces, digital retailers and platform providers and participates in affiliate relationships, including with Eneba.

If you follow an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, FTRGames may receive a commission. Affiliate attribution may involve limited link, referral or conversion information being processed by the relevant affiliate or marketplace provider.

FTRGames may also maintain limited internal click statistics to understand which links or recommendations are used. FTRGames does not receive your payment-card details from purchases completed with third parties.

Once you leave ftrgames.com, the relevant third party determines how it processes your information under its own privacy policy, cookie policy and terms.

Third-party services and data sharing

FTRGames may disclose or make information available to service providers where necessary for:

website hosting, caching, security, backups and content delivery;
email or support functionality;
account/authentication functionality where enabled;
analytics infrastructure that is lawfully configured and subject to the applicable consent choice;
legal, regulatory or security requests where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

When you independently visit Eneba or another third-party service through a link, that third party generally determines its own processing purposes and means for its website, account, transaction, fraud checks, payment, delivery and support.

Personal information may be made available to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate, host, secure, maintain, measure or improve FTRGames.

Depending on the services actually used, such providers may include:

Retention

FTRGames keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, website security, dispute handling or compliance with legal obligations. Retention is determined by the type of data, the need for identifiable event-level information, security requirements and applicable legal limitation periods.

General FTRGames pages may contain information about gaming products used by a broad audience. However, BroPacks pages and BroPacks-related promotional content are intended only for users aged 18 or over. FTRGames presents an 18+ age-confirmation gate before normal interaction with those pages. A visitor who indicates that they are under 18 is redirected away from the BroPacks page.

The FTRGames age gate is a self-declaration and should not be interpreted as verified proof of age. Eneba applies its own account, eligibility and age rules on its service.

FTRGames tools may automatically generate product, price or purchase-route recommendations based on inputs such as selected country, platform, products, quantities or preferences.

These recommendations are informational and are designed to help users compare possible purchase options. They do not determine whether a user is permitted to purchase a product and are not intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects on the user.

Any FUT / Ultimate Team coin figures displayed by FTRGames are estimates produced using FTRGames’ own calculation methods and are not guaranteed. Where an estimate is based on opening or discarding 7,500-coin packs, the calculation may use an assumed discard return of approximately 2,000 to 2,200 coins per pack. Actual pack contents, discard values, market values and resulting coin totals can vary, and randomized in-game outcomes are controlled by the relevant game publisher rather than FTRGames.

FTRGames recommendations, Hot Bundles, price calculations, estimated coins and promotional concepts are informational suggestions only. They do not guarantee product availability, eligibility, savings, marketplace stock, in-game results or final purchase outcomes.
